So many people come in having tried almost all of the modalities, but something is still coiled in the fascia, drying it out, armoring the physical organs and attaching to the nervous systems, where solo emotional healing can't quite unhook it.
This work builds itself, in the moment, for that something.

Our current structural environment is a huge stressor for humans evolved for small, connective tribes. The main struggle for our times isn't disembowelment but dis-inhabitation and disassociation. How can we face the stressors of our times and stay fully in our psyche and soma?
training for years in different healing modalities isn't a coincidence. I know all of these techniques because I need all of these techniques. Like so many of my clients, I have tried everything, and the solution is no solution at all, but to be a good partner…to actually listen before taking action.
And because trauma only FEELS isolating, and nobody is actually alone, our traumas reflect each other. Working with them through another person's system is honoring, resonant and touching.
