What an online session looks like

In the online session, we do a full verbal intake with a system scan to find out what you’re up against. You and I both embody, using breathwork, somatic observation & other grounding techniques to land authentically. Then we talk to the trauma points, finding the emotional component or events that initiated the condition, and together, we show the contracted places how to let the fear of past events melt into the safety of the present moment. We resurface with a brief outtake conversation and then you are free to integrate and rest. The full session takes around 96 minutes.
